Position: Fabricator – Climbing & Fitness Equipment

What You’ll Do:

As a Fabricator, you will play a key role in creating our products. Your day will include a variety of tasks, such as:

· Fabricating metal parts – helping to prep, cut, and shape metal parts.

· Managing materials and suppliers – ordering stock, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring we have the right materials on hand.

· Post-paint preparation – helping to prepare finished parts ready for shipping.

· Team collaboration – working with others to solve problems and improve processes.

· General maintenance – keeping tools and machines in good working order.

· Task prioritization – working closely with fellow staff to organize and tackle the most pressing tasks each week.
