Product Identification
We have parts and support available for most of the equipment that we have built over the last 28+ years. The Treadwall units have changed over time and it is very important to know the model. The Laddermill and Boulderboards have not changed in regards to parts.
In order to best help you please provide us with the serial number (usually lower fight frame), original owner or pictures of the particular machine you are inquiring about. This is important for service. Here are some helpful guidelines for identifying your model:
BOULDERBOARD4 series (2010 to present)
All units have the same parts catalog.
BOULDERBOARD6 series (2019 to present)
All units have the same parts catalog.
LADDERMILL LM-1 series (2013 to present):
All units have the same parts catalog.
TREADWALL CLASSIC (1990 to 1994):
The original Treadwall with panels attached to hinged metal frames, each panel is 12″. The Classic has two versions: the Classic A had 1/4″ bolts as hinge pins and roller axles, and the Classic B had 5/16″ bolts.
TREADWALL AM (1994 to 1996):
First Treadwall with 6″ x 1″ panels. Hydraulic box is at the top of the machine on the right. A chrome speed lever is mounted on the front right frame. Could have 4 or 6 foot widths, 10 or 11 foot walls.
TREADWALL CP (1996 to 1997):
Hydraulic control box is mounted on the right channel at shoulder level with a speed lever. The ends of the 6″ x 1″ panels have 6″ white plastic pieces covering the ends of the panel. Could have 4 or 6 foot widths, 10 or 11 foot walls.
TREADWALL S (1997 to 1999):
Similar to CP but with 6″ x 3/4″ panels having nylon buttons at each corner. Could have 4 or 6 foot widths, 10 or 11 foot walls.
TREADWALL PE (1999 to 2008):
This has photocells brackets at the bottom of the wall on each side. A rotating knob on the control panel controls the speed of the Treadwall. Could have 4 or 6 foot widths (thru 2006), 10 or 11 foot walls,
TREADWALL PE Wallmount (1999 to 2008):
Same as PE but with narrow frame and 3-choice angle crank or bolted in place. 10 or 11 foot walls. No angle wheel.
TREADWALL M4 Pro (2006 to 2019):
This has a 4 foot wide climbing panel, hydraulic angle cylinder on the right side, smooth panel surfaces and curved front frames. Logo at top will note ìM4î. Only 4 foot widths, standard 10.5 foot walls, Compak/Kidwall (8 foot walls).
TREADWALL M4 Base (2006 to 2019):
This has a 4 foot wide climbing panel, vertical only and smooth panel surfaces. Logo at top will note ìM4î. Only 4 foot widths, standard was 10.5 foot tall, optional Compak/Kidwall (8 foot walls).
TREADWALL M6 Commercial (2008 to 2019):
Same as the PE but does not have brackets at the bottom. Logo at top will note ìM6î. Only 6 foot widths, 10 or 11 foot walls.
TREADWALL M6 Wallmount (2008 to 2019):
Same as M6 but with narrow frame and 3-choice angle crank or bolted in place. 10 or 11 foot walls. No angle wheel.
TREADWALL Kore Home/Pro (2008 to 2019):
Side frames bolt directly to channels with front uprights, only overhanging, most have jacks to adjust angle. Only 6 foot widths, 10, 11 or 12 foot walls.
TREADWALL FT Kore4/Kore6 (2019 to present):
Side frames bolt directly to channels with front uprights, only overhanging angles, most have jacks to adjust angle. Could have 4 or 6 foot widths, 10 or 11 foot walls.
TREADWALL FT series (2019 to present):
These units have curved front frames and angle control using cables at the bottom with angle lever on left. Logo at top notes ìFTî. Has Max, S or V frames, 4 or 6 foot widths, 10, 11 or 12 foot walls.
